Refund policy

At BabySmuffs, we know that our headwear will be as impressive in person as it appears on our website. If you are not satisfied with your headwear, we are more than happy to exchange it for another one, or refund your money within 30 days of the purchase date.

• All returned and exchanged headwear must be in brand new, resalable condition.
• A $10.00 restocking fee will apply to all orders returned for a refund.
• Shipping charges are non refundable.
